Check in was easy, parking easy and plentiful, staff was friendly, room was extremely clean but inexpensive. Beds were comfy. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Quick drive to SUNY Cortland.

Low cost and close to downtown. Its not the Taj Mahal, but the beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

The rooms were immaculate and smelled very clean. everything worked. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and everyone slept well When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We were attending a 40 year high school reunion and wanted something within walking distance to the Cortland Brewing Company. This was a 3 minute walk!! Hotel room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. No frills, but clean and comfortable!! I would recommend!!

You can see they are working on up dating. Room clean and comfortable definitely worth the price. Great location to town, pubs, pizza, diner all within walking distance, did not have to move car.

Its a dingy little place that is kept clean but needs remodeling and updating. Its a $75 motel that charges twice as much.
